Gosh, two posts in two days – I must be having a hot flush or something.  Anyway, I thought I’d share a few thoughts.  I’ve just sent a couple of online questionniares to some clients to determine their strengths and weaknesses and thought I’d include them here as well:

Absolutely fascinating stuff!  Over the years I’ve had to do many sorts of personality profiling tests and the Meyers Briggs has to be one of the most consistent (well for me at least) – I’m pretty certain that the last time I did it (way back in the late 1990’s) I also came out as an ENFP.  To find out what this means you can have a look at the following discussion about the type – I rather like it and think it reflects me quite well – at least I hope so:

Just recently I also completed a motivational maps online assessment questionnaire after attending a presentation at an enterprising women networking event and strangely we were challenged to try and work out what our strengths were before we did it and it seems I know myself pretty well as I was spot on!  My primary motivator is The Spirit – so those of you planning to offer me a job might like to rethink that decision as I like to be independent.  My secondary motivator is The Creator, which means l love innovation and identifying solutions, it also suits the fact that I love to write.  My third motivator is The Searcher which means that I need to do things that have meaning in a wider context than just getting that damned report in on time!

Hum … I wonder if it’s time to rethink here ….!

By the way, did anyone else see that strange little article in the Daily Mail about how people no longer seem to say Hello, I must admit I’m guilty myself of using ‘Hi’, so I think I might promote a bit of difference here and try Hello to start my emails in the future.  I’ve just tried to find the article to link to, but it obviously wasn’t important enough to add to the website – shame really as that’s the sort of thing I find really interesting!
